Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

• Products damaged after delivery or missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for exchange.

Incorrect Items:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with a screenshot of your order chat.

• Unopened packages: No additional charges.

• Opened packages: Delivery charges for return and re-delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items:

• Report within 7 days of delivery with clear video evidence.

• Same product exchange: No extra charge.

• Different product exchange: Delivery charges apply.

Incompatible Devices:

• Items incompatible with your device are eligible for exchange. Only delivery charges will apply.

Change of Mind:

• Valid within 24 hours of delivery.

• Delivery charges for both return and re-delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

All exchanges are processed after inspection and verification by our team.


Warranty Policy

• Some products come with a 42-day warranty, as mentioned in the product description.

• Selected accessories have a 42-day exchange warranty only for internal issues (box & all items required).
